Direct-to-Garment Printing

DTG printing is excellent for intricate designs, photos, and artwork, making it an ideal choice for artists and organisations looking to showcase their artwork on garments.

It is the most environmentally friendly printing method available; it uses water-based inks, and the process generates almost no waste.

Screen Printing


Screen printing involves transferring ink through
a fine mesh screen onto the fabric, allowing for precise detail and vibrancy in the printed
image.

The key advantages of screen printing is the longevity of the print, making it ideal for promotional merchandise and custom apparel.

We produce labels made from 100% organic cotton tape, customised with your brand’s logo, size information, care instructions, or any other details.

They can be sewn into garments or accessories and offer a way to showcase your branding in a classic, sustainable way.

At Lyoness, we print exclusively onto garments which have an accreditation from the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) for certified organic cotton and from the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) that works with brands, factories, trade unions, NGOs, and governments to provide better working conditions for garment workers around the world.

Print Quality & Finishing

We check each garment individually for flaws before printing and maintain this attention to detail throughout the printing process. We are constantly checking for changes in print quality, ink bleeding and marks on garments, and ensure that nothing less than perfectly printed garments make the cut for your order.

Once an order is complete, we make a final quality check and can stitch in organic cotton garment labels if required. If we are posting orders direct to your customers, we can customise the packaging with your branding and add complimentary items to each parcel.

Slow Fashion

We support and celebrate slow fashion. We recognise the impact the textile industry has on the environment, and the unethical working conditions which many garment workers are forced to accept, and stand against this.

Our turnaround times reflect acceptable working conditions for the team and we print exclusively onto sustainably sourced, organic cotton garments. We pride ourselves in taking our time to get your order perfect.

Garment Waste

There is always some waste created in the print process. It is of high importance to use that our waste does not end up in landfill sites. We have several options for waste such as reuse or repurposing - please ask one of the team for more details.

Planet Conscious Brands

We exclusively print onto Stanley/Stella & Earth Positive garments. They both use Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS)-certified organic cotton and which guarantees that cotton is organically grown without the use of genetically modified seeds or dangerous chemicals.

They are both accredited by the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF), which is an organisation that works with brands, factories, trade unions, NGOs, and governments to provide better working conditions for garment workers everywhere
